Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. Who you contract with

The ontickr service ("the Service") is provided by dbLabs, a sole proprietorship in Sweden ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

ontickr is a tool for analysing stocks and crypto assets — charts, technical indicators, key metrics and AI-generated summaries. The content is for information and education only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Investment decisions are made by you at your own risk.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 18, or have your guardian's consent.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

5. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all rights to the Service, its code, design and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service according to your plan.

6. Payment and subscription

Our order process is handled by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, VAT, customer service for payment matters and refunds. Buyer terms can be found in Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the period.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service is free from interruptions or errors. Market data is fetched from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the fees you paid during the last 6 months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the public courts of Sweden.
